These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, forms, and services offered by Fleet Driver Network LLC ("Fleet Driver Network," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site, submitting a form, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Services

Fleet Driver Network provides a driver placement and recruiting network that connects Class A CDL drivers with carrier partners. We screen, match, and facilitate introductions between drivers and carriers. We are not an employer, motor carrier, or guarantor of employment. Hiring decisions remain solely with carriers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use our services. Drivers must hold appropriate credentials where required for the roles they seek. Carriers must have authority to represent their company and enter into paid plans where applicable.

3. Applications and account information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in applications, contact forms, and carrier registrations. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for all activity conducted using your contact details.

4. Driver services

Driver applications are free. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, interviews, or job offers. We may decline to work with any applicant or carrier at our discretion. Information you provide may be shared with matched carriers for recruiting purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Carrier services and payments

Carrier partners may subscribe to paid plans as described on our pricing page. Fees, plan features, and billing terms are presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the selected plan unless canceled as provided at signup. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms may also apply.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may change pricing or plan features with notice where required.

6. SMS and text messaging terms

By opting in through our website forms or other written consent, you authorize Fleet Driver Network LLC to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Message purpose: recruiting updates, match notifications, scheduling, application status, carrier onboarding, account notices, and customer support.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Charges: message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel text messages.
Help: reply HELP for help or contact support@fleetdrivernetwork.com / (470) 701-5696.
Consent: consent to receive marketing or promotional texts is not a condition of purchase.
Supported carriers: delivery depends on your wireless carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have permission from the account holder to receive messages. For how we handle mobile information, see our Privacy Policy, including our statement that mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Use the services for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.
Interfere with site security, availability, or operation.
Scrape, copy, or misuse site content except as permitted by law.
Resell, broker, or commercially exploit leads or data obtained through our network without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The site, branding, content, and materials are owned by Fleet Driver Network LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks or content without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES, OR CANDIDATE PERFORMANCE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEET DRIVER NETWORK LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fleet Driver Network LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud risk, or operational reasons. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where federal law applies.

14. Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@fleetdrivernetwork.com to attempt informal resolution. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising from these Terms or the services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in DeSoto County, Mississippi, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
